Prăjitură cu brânza, ciocolata și piersici este un desert ideal pentru sărbători sau zile de naștere, deoarece este o prăjitura care tine locul, cu succes, unui tort. Pentru a transforma prăjitura in tort avem nevoie doar de frișca. Îmbrăcam toată prăjitura in frișca și o decoram cu ciocolata și piersici. Montarea prăjiturii se face doar după ce blaturile s-au răcit, altfel exista riscul ca blaturile, mai ales cel de brânza, sa se rupă. Este o prăjitura pe care o putem pregăti cu 2 zile înainte de eveniment, seara preparam blaturile, a doua zi dimineața o umplem și o lăsam la rece pana la momentul servirii. Incercati aceasta prăjitura și nu o sa va para rău de timpul petrecut pentru prepararea ei. Prăjitură cu cireșe și ciocolata este prăjitura ideala pentru toată familia. Bineînțeles ca putem folosi cu succes vișinele in loc de cireșe. Daca suntem in sezon putem folosi fructele proaspete, rezultatul este același: o prăjitura delicioasa. Chec cu cirese (sau visine) Aceasta prăjitura este un chec cu cireșe (vișine) copt in tava de prăjitura si nu in tava de chec, dar acest lucru este mai putin important deoarece gustul este perfect. Este o prăjitura cu cacao și cireșe FĂCUTA IN CASA, glazurata cu ciocolata și care va va aduce aminte de checul cu vișine din copilărie. Aceasta prajitura cu cirese este extrem de usor de preaprat. Pofta buna!  Ingrediente:  - 4 oua - 200 g. unt - 100 ml. iaurt - 100 g. ciocolata cu lapte, rasa - 270 g. faina - 200 g. zahar - 1 plic praf de copt - 1 lingura esența de vanilie - ½ lingurița sare - 1 compot mare de cireșe fără sâmburi - 2 linguri cacao
