  Alan Titchmarsh and the team head to Chessington to create a car-themed garden for hospital worker and automobile fan Alan Rendall. In July 2014, he managed to rescue his unconscious neighbour, Roy Whiteway, from his burning house, but was unable to save Dorothy, Roy's wife, as the fire was so intense. To recognise his bravery, Alan and the team surprise the whole Rendall family and turn their featureless plot into an automobile-inspired haven.
  Love Your Garden is a British lifestyle gardening programme that was first broadcast on ITV on 10 June 2011. The show is hosted by Alan Titchmarsh alongside co-presenters David Domoney, Katie Rushworth and Frances Tophill and sees the team visit locations around the United Kingdom helping people to transform their gardens.
 The first series saw Alan visiting themed gardens around the United Kingdom, specific to the topic of the episode, and advising viewers on how to transform their gardens. However, since the second series Alan and the team have transformed the gardens of people who are described as "deserving them the most".

In episode 17, James visits Claude Monet’s house in Giverny, peeking inside his kitchen, James sets up his own mobile kitchen nearby to cook a delicious dish of crab and dulse. Later down the road, Eric Guerin serves James pike, one of Monet’s favourite ingredients, at his restaurant Le Jardin des Plumes. Cooking, in true St Tropez style, aboard a yacht, James makes the most of the local seafood cooking ‘en papillote’.
